Spending hours clearing trees and other stuff can be a pain when you just want to start building. If you start off in a desert, you only need to flatten the land to get your build site ready. This seed drops you into a big desert biome that, at first glance, seems to stretch on forever.
The desert borders a plains biome and is separated by a scenic river. Resources are easy to find because there's a large ravine within the desert that you can get to quickly. There is also a desert pyramid not too far from the ravine. And if you are looking for company, you’ll find a large desert village near the pyramid. 2. Survival Island with 3 Villages
This seed is great if you are looking for places to explore. You'll start on an island with three villages, and the area linking them is completely empty. This makes it perfect for building a town.
There’s also a shipwreck near the island's edge. For some conflict, there's a Pillager Outpost a short distance from one of the villages. You can often find two trapped Iron Golems to rescue, too. This seed has everything you need, making it a contender for one of the best Minecraft city seeds.

Keeping mobs away is important when making a city or base. This seed has the best biome for that – the Mushroom Field. Hostile mobs can't appear in a Mushroom Field, so it’s a safe place to build. What makes it even better is that this seed features a Savanna village in the Mushroom field. Because most of the village is in the Mushroom biome instead of the Savanna, this kind of thing doesn't happen a lot.
To top it off, the Mushroom field has one of the longest cave ravines you can find. While the best spots aren’t at the starting point like some other seeds, there is a shipwreck and a Ruined Portal underwater nearby.

4. A Series of Rare Locations
At first glance, this seed may seem simple. But at spawn, you will see a blend of desert and plains biomes. Players like building cities and bases here because resources are easy to get. There's also a Ruined Portal near spawn that only needs three obsidian blocks to become a nether portal.
But there's more! There's also a village with a blacksmith close by. There’s also a Mineshaft under the village that goes to a cave with diamond ores right at the Mineshaft entrance. Lastly, there is a desert pyramid next to the village. This seed provides many resources for building a Minecraft city.

This biome will give your character the shivers. You’ll start in a snowy tundra with snow-based biomes everywhere except toward the savanna. If you want to create a city or base that looks like it came from the movie Frozen, this seed is for you.
On the snowy side, there are tall ice pillars to serve as a good starting point for a city. The only Issue is that getting resources and villagers may take work. The closest village is in a desert biome far from your start point.

7. Mountain Range
A Minecraft city or base doesn’t have to be built horizontally. This seed gives you the perfect place to create a vertical Minecraft city because it spawns you next to one of the tallest savanna mountains around. The highest point on the mountain reaches high above the clouds.
On top of that, it’s not just a single mountain, but a range of structures with waterfalls, cave holes, and more. Across from it is a Pillager Outpost right next to a ravine. You'll see both from where you start. You can get resources to fight the Pillagers from a nearby village or even a Desert Temple, but you'll have to travel a bit to get to them.

8. Clearing in Forest
This seed is almost custom-made. It puts you in a square-shaped clear plains area surrounded by forest, and then rivers and mountains. This scenic spot gives players the best place to build a great-looking city or base.
Mushroom trees and animals around the base make it good for survival. You’ll have to travel more to get to villages. If you want resources around your base, there’s a long Mineshaft toward the mountains.

9. Ocean Monument in a Lake
If you use it right, this seed can cut your construction time. You’ll start near a village by an oceanic lake. There is a full-size ocean monument with its guardians in that lake. If you drain the lake, you’ll have the Ocean Monument ready to go as a city or base.
The village is close by, making it easy to move villagers and trade items. There’s also a Ruined Portal next to the monument. Regarding biomes, there is a dessert, a forest, and a swamp nearby.

10. Village in Woodland Mansion
Our last seed is strange, but it’s great for those looking to build a kingdom-style city with a central base and buildings around it. There is a village near where you start. But the village is all over the place, with houses on and under hills, and inside the woodland mansion.
As you might expect, the villagers are often attacked by the mansion's hostile mobs. On the bright side, this seed still has a beautiful-looking scene at spawn.
